• Upload & account details. When you use the upload widget or create an account, we collect the name and email you provide and information needed to deliver and manage your transfers.

Files you upload

Files you transfer through the Service are stored and delivered to recipients you designate. We do not monitor file contents except as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, or enforce our Terms & Conditions. Links may be set to expire automatically.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described below.

3. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and tags to run the site, measure performance, and support advertising. We manage tags through Google Tag Manager. Specifically, we use:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — to understand how visitors use the site (pages, sessions, general location). Provided by Google LLC.
• Google Ads — conversion measurement and remarketing, so we can measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
• AdRoll / NextRoll — advertising and retargeting across other websites you visit.

6. Advertising & analytics opt-outs

• Google Ads & Analytics: manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com; opt out of GA via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
• AdRoll / NextRoll: opt out via NextRoll's opt-out or the DAA at optout.aboutads.info.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): where applicable, we treat a valid GPC browser signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing.

7. Your privacy rights

California (CCPA/CPRA)

You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We use technical and organizational safeguards, including AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and use requires you to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
